Cancelation Fee

In light of the high demand for our services, each appointment is subjected to a cancelation fee of $100. Cancelation fees are non-negotiable, however, if a client reschedules within 48 hours before their scheduled appointment then there is no fee.

Cancelations/Late Policy

Our cancelation policy requires 48 hours notice to deliver the best services to all our clients. Those who fail to cancel prior to 48 hour period or are 20 minutes late impair the high service standards for others, as a consequence, actions of the nature may result in the cancellation charge for the appointment.

Refund Policy 

Please note that we do not offer refunds, and results can never be guaranteed. Each client is different and each body heals and retains pigment in a different way. Additional follow-ups at additional costs may be necessary to receive a specific outcome you desire. 


Betsy Shuki Studio does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on products offered for sale. All sales are final. Any merchandise purchased at Betsy Shuki Studio cannot be issued for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at contact@betsyshuki.com for any questions regarding merchandise.
